    the proposed Amendments to CAP139B which we hope will result in better control of the breeding and trading of Animals in Hong Kong!
    Please log on to the new "Tighten HK's Pet Trade Laws for information from AFCD as well as the views of a wide range of Animal Welfare Charities and Societies in HK all in agreement with the Amendments.
    Also read the submission sent to the Executive Committee at Legco on behalf of P.A.L.S. which sets out our reasons for being behind the enactment of CAP 139B.
